Lead the early stages of a new wedding venue at Westwood Park, bringing the client’s vision and professional expertise together as the project progresses towards planning.

Current involvement

The current work brings the professional team and specialist advice together around the client’s brief. Design development, planning inputs, programme and commercial considerations are coordinated to give the client a clear view of the next steps.

The ongoing role includes:

• Early-stage project strategy and professional team leadership
• Coordination of design and specialist planning advice
• Pre-construction programme and consultant appointments
• Oversight of consultant scopes and fees

Current stage

Westwood Weddings is live and in its pre-planning stage. The continuing focus is to guide the professional team towards a coordinated planning submission and support the client’s decisions about the project’s future construction stages.
