BREW represents construction clients, providing independent project leadership, commercial judgement and the direction of specialist expertise.
Acting for the client
We lead construction projects with the client’s objectives at the centre. Our role begins with shaping the brief and establishing the delivery strategy, then brings the professional team, commercial priorities and working processes together through delivery.
Clients can appoint BREW at the beginning of a project, for a defined stage or to take responsibility for the leadership of a live development. Independent review and recovery form part of that wider remit.
We work with existing advisers and help assemble the right expertise where it is needed, giving the client a coordinated team and a clear route for decisions.
Experience and judgement
The experience behind BREW spans multimillion pound construction projects across residential, industrial and logistics, commercial and education sectors.
It combines a practical understanding of construction with project-wide commercial and management judgement: how to structure a project, establish a capable team and translate the client’s objectives into a workable delivery strategy.
